Dianne was exceptional in helping us put together a trip from London thru Edinburgh, St. Andrews, and Banchory, Scotland, then back to London. She sourced hotels, restaurants, and sightseeing ideas. She also secured transportation from the airport to our hotel, and driving transportation for 6 adults between each of the cities in Scotland. She gathered options, presented them for our consideration, and followed thru on the arrangements. She was very responsive to calls, texts, and all our questions. In addition, she made sure my husband was “celebrated” at each hotel for his birthday!
